"I was 17 when my best friend and this I experienced this car accident. It was really tragic. I was lucky because I only had bruises and fractured bones. But my best friend was not lucky as I am. I thought I lost my best friend that very moment that I saw her with blood all over her face. I wanted to scream but then my voice seems to run out and everything became blurry and dark."
Then the next thing I knew I was in the hospital bed and I saw my mom’s worried face. She was so happy that I was ok and then I remembered my best friend. I asked my mom about her and she said that Nicole, my best friend, was in a critical condition. She had been comatose for almost two months and we thought that she would not survive. Then one day her mom called us and said that she regained her consciousness. We were so happy but the sad thing was she was not the same energetic Nicole that we used to know.
For years, I have suffered from panic attacks and my family is so affected by it already. I have been finding ways on how to deal with panic attacks and on how to eliminate general anxiety but I always fail. I began to accept that I will suffer from this phobia forever. Until one day when I was researching online I found out about this EBook called Panic Away and I said there is no harm trying it. It was truly a miracle because after series of reading sessions my panic slowly stops and it eliminates general anxiety. It taught me how to deal with panic attacks and now I can say that I am already living a normal life. The e-book has taught me effective ways on how to become confident.
